Cardio/Strength/Core
A class of 3 parts where we work for approximately 10 minutes in each area. "Cardio" where we work on our aerobic capacity, "strength" where we generally focus on our big lifts and "Core" where we target our abs and obliques. You will leave this class feeling your whole body has been worked to fatigue.

strength& Conditioning
This class is definitely a challenge and will leave you gasping for air at stages. Expect strength and cardio exercises you are familiar with in our other classes but combined in a way to further your cardiovascular and anaerobic conditioning to new levels.

HYROX STRONG
This class focuses on the strength aspect of our HYROX training. Expect strength exercises that will help you for your next race or more generally help you become stronger. All welcome, you do not have to be preparing for a Hyrox race to join this class

GRIT CONDITION
Tailored towards the HYROX race, these sessions look to improve your aerobic and strength endurance with that 'feel good' accomplished of challenge completed each week
This class will blend short runs (weather dependent) with tough conditioning work such as assault bikes, slams, ropes, and varying strength exercises. Reps and distances are set for you to hit at whatever pace you can manage.

Small dumbbells will be provided if you want to spice things up!
No experience needed as the steps are very easy to follow. Low impact options are also available for those who don't want to bounce/jump.
